gd22 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

Clause 1.1

These Terms apply from the moment you access the gd22 website, whether or not you have completed the registration process. Browsing the platform constitutes acknowledgement of these Terms.

Clause 1.2

gd22 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most recent version of the Terms is always the version published at gd22.vip/terms-conditions.

Clause 2.1

You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) and must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or playing on gd22. Each account must correspond to a unique, real individual.

Clause 2.2

You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform at the time of registration. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from gd22, you must not attempt to re-register. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.

Clause 3.1

You are permitted to hold only one account on gd22 at any given time. If gd22 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual (whether by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address), all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.

Clause 3.2

gd22 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, or payment method. This is a standard KYC process. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide the requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Clause 3.3

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your username, password, or any other account access detail with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by another person using your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify gd22 support immediately via the contact details provided on the platform.

Clause 4.1

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although gd22 may impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including in response to responsible gaming requests from the account holder. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

Clause 4.2

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. gd22 may require full KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method — bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

Clause 4.3

gd22 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, gd22 will communicate with the account holder using the contact details registered on the account.

Clause 5.1

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for the gd22 welcome bonus is specified in the welcome bonus promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion; bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period.

Clause 5.2

gd22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn or cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus balance will be removed but any cash winnings already converted from the bonus may be retained at gd22's discretion.

Clause 5.3

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors to generate unearned bonus credit, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion — is strictly prohibited. gd22 will void bonuses and winnings obtained through bonus abuse and may close the account concerned.

Clause 6.1

gd22 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction across all parts of the platform. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, all deposits returned where possible, and all winnings forfeited. gd22 cooperates with efforts to identify and prevent underage gambling.

Clause 7.1 — Fraud and Money Laundering

You must not use gd22 for any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, conducting transactions for the purpose of money laundering, or otherwise using the platform in a manner that violates applicable law.

Clause 7.2 — Collusion and Cheating

Any form of collusion between players, use of software bots or automated betting tools, exploitation of software bugs or glitches, or any other behaviour designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house is strictly prohibited.

Clause 7.3 — Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any deposit made to your gd22 account is prohibited. If a chargeback is initiated, gd22 will suspend the account immediately pending investigation. Any winnings or bonus funds credited to the account during the period covered by the chargeback may be forfeited.

Clause 8.1

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, gd22 may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from bonus play held in the account. Any verified cash balance (funds deposited and not subject to an active wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Clause 8.2

A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gd22 support. Upon receiving a closure request, gd22 will process any pending withdrawals and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Players who wish to self-exclude rather than simply close their account should request self-exclusion specifically, as the process and protections differ.

Clause 9.1

gd22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or any circumstances beyond gd22's reasonable control including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or third-party service failures. gd22 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability on a 24/7 basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Clause 9.2

Gambling involves financial risk. By using gd22, you acknowledge that you may lose money wagered and that gd22 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal platform use. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make on the platform. gd22 encourages all players to set personal deposit and loss limits and to play responsibly.

Clause 10.1

When material changes are made to these Terms, gd22 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, gd22 may also notify active players via the email address registered on their account. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
